We visited Dr. J.-C. Parlebas at CNRS with my student, Asakura, in order to discuss XAS-MCD and XES-MCD of CeFe2. In this opotunity, I discussed international cooperations between our Universities with the vice president, Prof. R. Kleinschmager of Univ. Louis Pasteur Strasbourg.
